In "Governor Governer," you're, well, the Governor! It's up to you to make the people of your city happy. You do this by balancing the energy, nature, and press levels of your city. If any of these facets of your city run out, it's game over!

I do not remember much about working on this prototype. The vast majority of my work, again, was just creating backend systems for designers to use, and working on UI. It was created in about 3 weeks. If you've been reading about any other of my games, you may notice that I do this a lot - and I was getting quite tired of it at this point. So, like "Rota Fortunae," I spent this time trying to educate others alongside my work.

I do remember this time period, however. I was really trying to figure out what I wanted to do for my capstone, and I was suffering from my work burnout quite deeply. I very much felt like I understood the rapid-prototyping cycle well enough, and was tired of only prototyping & not developing.

What "Governor Governor" gave me was a look into how a game's front-facing aspects can develop without me even peeking at them. I didn't do anything visual, no writing, nothing of the sort there. My work was all programming, working on systems, and making sure numbers worked. When I saw what the rest of the team did, it was pretty cool, even if that's never something I'd do myself. Here's the team:
- Peyton Metcalf
- Mitchell Young
- Trinity Hutson
- Travis Wade
- Logan Baker
- Marissa Edwards
- Gavin Jackson
- Gabriel Engelmann
- Alex Laubenstein
